此件盖炉由整块和田玉雕琢而成，玉质清莹细腻，器型饱满，平口，短束颈，下出三足，装饰华丽典雅，大料大器，底刻“精德堂”三字款。盖作覆碗式，炉顶剔地起雕一蟠龙为钮，龙身盘绕，遒劲有力，珠目鳞甲发须均雕琢精细，正面而视，气势凛然。炉身浅刻兽面纹饰，刀工洗练，线条流畅。炉两肩立双龙耳，以浮雕及镂雕之技制成。观其材质晶莹润泽，雕工华美，带原装底座，摆放富裕大气。
