拍品仿竹节造型，椭圆形壶身，竹节围饰弦纹一圈，矮圈足，壶嘴塑成三节竹节曲流，壶把则为两枝细长竹枝缠扭成提梁式。壶底印钤“陈荫千制”篆书方印。陈荫千，清代乾隆时期宜兴紫砂名工，工治砂壶，造型庄重，质朴大方，制作精良。台北故宫博物院藏有与拍品相似的作品，可兹参照。
