印文：客亦知夫水与月乎|边款：客亦知夫水与月乎，西厓刻。 客亦知夫水与月乎，西涯刻。 |说明：语出宋苏轼《赤壁赋》：“苏子曰：客亦知夫水与月乎？逝者如斯，而未尝往也，盈虚者如彼，而卒莫消长也。”||作者简介：金西厓（1890～1979），名绍坊，字季言，号西厓。以号行。浙江吴兴人，久寓上海。金西厓是近现代竹刻艺术史上一位继往开来的著名竹刻艺术大师。其兄金绍城是著名的国画家，仲兄金绍堂也是著名的竹刻家，他亦是著名文物鉴赏家王世襄的四舅父。后着有多本竹刻论着，并担任上海文史馆馆员。
