|说明：此像选用整块石料雕琢而成，分两面，以背光相隔，一面螺发肉髻，面庞丰满，鼻翼宽厚，眉间点白毫，双目略下视，身着覆盖全身的薄缕衣袍，双手于体前结印，全跏趺坐于台上，神情安详，体态匀称。另一面的石像姿态别无二致，只是呈现出更为明显西方人面貌特征，波状髪纹、高额、挺鼻、薄唇，犍陀罗造像的影响尽显无遗，颈佩项圈，装饰璎珞，坦胸露肩，形象更为奔放自在，充满异域风情。|本拍品用石厚重扎实，打磨细腻光润，质感十足，色泽深沉中带有时代的沧桑，高超的石雕技巧打造出无与伦比的佛教造像，线条流畅，双面像所呈现出的两种不同风格在工匠的巧手下完美融合。|参考：东京国立博物院藏“犍陀罗像”
