A large Qajar lacquered wooden Screen, Persia, 19th Century, of rectangular form, small carved facetted segments of lacquered wood shaped to form lozenges in an overall lattice design, the background lacquered in polychrome with repeat floral motifs, the frame painted in polychrome on a green and red ground with elaborate floral cartouches, the screen laid down on plywood, 94 x 125 cm.
