款识：|啸天先生雅正。白石。八十六岁。|钤印：「白石」 |说明：上款人啸天将军为杨虎，齐白石好友。||上款啸天即杨虎（1889-1966），字啸天，安徽宁国市杨山人，毕业于南京将弁学堂，曾任广州非常大总统府参军、上海警备司令、中国国民党第四届中央监察委员等。曾率部在上海举行反袁世凯起义、在广州率部永丰舰护卫孙中山、执行蒋介石命令在上海发动四一二反共政变杀害共产党人士、面斥戴笠不许谋害赴重庆谈判的毛泽东、参加爱国民主运动保护民主人士。上海解放后留大陆。解放后受任中华人民共和国中央人民政府政务院顾问。后因串通台湾敌特阴谋反共被判处死刑，缓期两年执行。1966年3月，杨虎病逝于北京复兴医院，终年79岁。
