Two small black lacquer inlayed cabinets on four square legs, the hinged doors displaying palace ladies and children inlayed in stone stained in various colours, wood and mother-of-pearl. The borders at the front as well as at the sides and the cabinets' tops with variously inlaid birds and flowers. Brass hinges and lockplates. Red lacquer to the inside of both cabinets, each with a shelf and one cabinet with a drawer. Moderate condition. Late 19th century. (2)
