此白玉瓶玉质白中泛青，细腻晶莹，温润而通透，玉料完整无暇，为清代乾隆时期仿古制作，器形工整，内壁厚度均一，瓶口圆整，线条柔和。瓶体典雅端庄、厚实沉稳。套环和瓶耳比例得当。圆形短直口，颈部略收，溜肩鼓腹，平底接矮圈足，颈部对称部位雕两个兽首形耳，带环，肩部浅刻两道弦纹为饰，其馀部位均素面无纹饰，瓶外底浅刻双行四字款“乾隆仿古”。清朝盛行仿古之风，尤以乾隆朝为甚，此青白玉兽耳瓶即为当时仿古之作。此件玉瓶选材大料，布局工整，显示出精妙绝伦的玉雕工艺，其大形大势融合精巧意趣，清雅大方，实为玉料与人工完美结合，相得益彰。为同类型中之珍品，具有颇高的收藏价值。
