A LARGE EMBROIDERED CELEBRATION SILK VERTICAL HANGING BROCADE, CHINA, LATE QING DYNASTY 212 cm wide, 128 cm high Embroidered in silk threads in the bright colors shades of purple, blue, pink, white and green, on red silk ground, standing figures on a terrace by a river. The scene laterally framed by golden threads Chinese characters auspicious inscription, at the base two deers and two cranes amongst flowers- on the top five standing figures with peach small branches and bats. Overall in good condition, very minor wear.
