|玉牌器形方阔厚实，质地洁白温润，纯净无瑕。两面牌首对称浮雕仿古夔龙，蜷曲相对。正面浅浮雕高士访友图，一老者身着广袍，头戴风帽，长须垂胸，骑驴缓行于山间河畔，楼阁迭嶂，山石峭立，梅疏枝绽放，不时回望身后手持梅花之童子，人物刻划细腻传神。背面阳文行书：“寂寂轩窗淡淡风，清溪西畔小桥东。年来莫道无佳句，才有梅花便不同。”落“山月”篆书印章。书画意境相合，全器雕刻流畅，抛光细腻，实为佩戴佳品。
