题识：想见沅湘江上，月明环佩归来。时甲午秋月俞子明作。 |作者：俞子明，生卒不详，字静山，号砚溪渔人。古徽州人（今江西婺源）。作品活跃期为同治十一年（1872年）到宣统二年（1910年），历时40多年，是晚清浅绛彩画师中创作周期最长，作品存世量最大的名家。早期作品的印章款多为子明，名款有新安俞子明。轩室名号有珠山逸致室，友竹山房，友竹轩。俞子明是一位山水、人物、花鸟画具通的瓷绘家，其山水学明代沈周，人物摹明代唐寅、仇英一路，作品雅俗共赏。其一生笔耕不辍，是一位勤奋创作的高寿多产画师，也是晚清彩瓷发展演变具有重要历史贡献的名家。
