织锦绢本 手卷钤印：制诰之宝31.5 x 400cm 约11.3平尺此圣旨由五色织绵织就，专供皇家使用，诏书正文以刺绣方式书写，极为罕见。诰命为圣旨中明清帝王封赠或赐给一品至五品有功官员名号爵位时颁发的文书，旨卷头和卷尾织有祥龙盘绕「诰命」二字，织绵颜色亦相对较其他圣旨为丰富。清代的圣旨采用满文、汉文合壁，从右向左；满文从左向右。起首句为「奉天承运，皇帝制曰」，「制曰」是用于皇帝的德音下达，彩绫接缝处加盖两枚方形朱红色骑缝大印，印用『制诰之宝』。保存完好，富丽堂皇，具史料、书法、织品欣赏价值。
