蒋庆北，1953年生于皖北，1976年黑龙江省艺术学校学习，1984年鲁迅美术学院油画系，1991年法国克劳德伊维尔油画研究班学习，1997年列宾美术学院贝斯特洛夫研究班学习。大芬美术家协会会长，深圳第四届人民代表大会代表，龙岗文联副主席 。参加过第二届国际画展，中国油画年展，中国艺术大展。《艺术·山寨·油画村的故事》入选广东省美展。出版个人专著《风景写生技法》《风景画形成探索》。
