此尊主要表现了燃灯佛的庄严法相。佛尊头饰螺发，顶置宝珠。面相方阔，额头宽平，双眉平直，目视前方，嘴含微笑，表现出佛陀了悟空性的喜悦。上身躯体饱满健硕，四肢富有力度，着袒右肩袈裟，袈裟质感飘逸，衣缘刻有卷草纹饰，双手于胸前结说法印。下身着长裙，双腿结跏趺坐于莲花座上。整像胎体厚重，工艺精湛，展现出清代内地造像的艺术风韵。尤其是此像品相基本完好，镀金灿烂悦目，堪称佛尊造像的精彩之作。
