|圆形带柄。主纹饰为人物故事。纹饰左侧山石溪涧，右侧繁密树下一女子，树冠高耸，其下岩石陡峭。女子头戴钗簪，身着襦裙，霞帔环胸绕背而执于左手，右手抚树，驻足观望。整体构图应是“红叶题诗”的典故。唐朝年间，后宫的宫女人数众多，相传彼时无数的上阳宫女题诗红叶，抛于宫中流水寄怀幽情。上阳宫，唐代大型宫殿建筑群，南临洛水，北连禁苑，地处洛阳皇城西南、禁苑（隋朝的西苑）之东.唐，顾况有诗云: |花落深宫莺亦悲，上阳宫女断肠时。|帝城不禁东流水，叶上题诗欲寄谁。|此镜题材少见，构图生动，为手柄铜镜中少有之佳品。
