|旧拓本|3幅纸本|提要： 此墓志刻于隋仁寿三年（603），楷法方中带圆，兼有南帖之绵丽和北碑之峻整，康有为《广艺舟双楫》评曰：“初入人间，辄得盛名，以其端整妍美，足为干禄之资”。此志清光绪十四年（1888）出土于陕西蒲城，出土后第二十一行“文曰”下有知县张荣升刻跋二行，后又被凿去。拍品为无跋、有跋、凿跋拓本三种，保存完好。
