钤印：洛羊(朱文)||题识：辛酉伏月邵洛羊作于海上。 |邵洛羊（b.1917），字青青溪，浙江宁波人，中共党员。擅长中国画、美术史。1937年毕业于上海新华艺专国画系，1938年入光华大学攻读文史。师从黄宾虹、汪声远、李味青。建国后在政法部门工作八年。1956年入上海中国画院，任创作研究室主任、艺委委员、一级美术师、艺术顾问、上海交通大学教授。
