A burnished ceramic domed pot lid with handle formed as a standing quadruped; impressed eyes to the head with triangular muzzle and pricked ears, knop to each leg, stub tail, socket to the back. 125 grams, 83mm (3 1/4"). From the Wedemeyer collection; acquired in the 1970s. Fine condition, repaired.
