款识：书董酝卿尚书集六朝人句。甲申孟秋之月，福厂王禔。|印鉴：王禔私印（白）、福厂六十岁后所书（白）|鉴藏印：茂荫书屋主人珍藏（朱） |录文：落叶半床狂花满屋；长松一树幽兰数丛。|王禔，初名寿祺，字维季，号福厂、罗刹江民、持默老人等，斋名麋研斋。浙江杭州人。西泠印社创始人之一。精训诂、词章、金石、书画之学。工篆刻，时与吴昌硕、赵叔孺有并美之誉。曾任上海中国画院画师，浙江省文史研究馆馆员。
