款识：随盦仁兄法家正之，七十髯叟曾熙。|印鉴：曾熙之印（白）、农髯（朱） |录文：天爵崇初无阶可得；书城富各异涂而攻。|曾熙，初字嗣元，更字子缉、季子，号俟园，晚号农髯、山海楼主人。湖南衡阳人。光绪二十九年（1903年）进土，官兵部主事，提学使，弼德院顾问。先后主讲衡阳石鼓书院、汉寿龙池书院。曾任湖南教育会长。工诗文，擅书画。与李瑞清有“北李南曾”之誉。张大千业师。
