李宗海（1904-1995），男，汉族，江苏兴化人。自幼喜爱古典文学书法，曾从兴化高甘来学习书法诗词，所作楷书秀润敦厚，工整豪放，超逸浑穆，行书闲雅超脱，风韵自然。年逾八旬犹能作蝇头小楷与擘窠大字。工诗词，善对联，对仗工稳，妙造自然，尤善制嵌字联。生前为中国书法家协会会员，江苏书法家协会名誉理事，中华诗词学会会员，江南诗词学会副会长，中国楹联学会江苏分会顾问，镇江市书法协会名誉主席，美国纽约四海诗社名誉顾问。
