A pair of iron-red plates, in excellent condition, from the Jiaqing Period. A decorative pattern of Crysanthemums and lucky Chinese bats cover the face of the plate. 3 groups of bamboo branches, painted in red, appear on the bottom. Concentric double blue rings circle the lips of these plates (top and bottom) as well as around the foot of the plate. A hand painted Jiangqing Period mark appears in blue on the bottom center of each plate. D.6 1/4 in.(16cm) Condition: both in excellent condition with no hairline or chip
