Painting Depicting Krishna Receiving a Garland, Nepal, late 18th century, ink and opaque color on paper, Krishna seated at the center of a gathering of attendants within a palace, within red painted borders, an inscription in the upper border, page number upper left, framed and glazed, sight size 14 1/4 x 20 1/2 in. Provenance: Purchased in the U.S. in 1972 and descended in the Steig family.
