是拓字口清晰，品相上佳。北魏正光四年立，光绪初出土山东黄县。方笔规整，朴茂古雅，代表了魏碑中隶楷之间的典型风格，书法结体宽拙，用笔方峻，唯求气雄，不以妍媚为能事，充分展现了魏碑书法的魅力，具有很高的艺术价值。康有为将其列“高品”，定为方笔标本。出土后，拓本稀见，却影响颇大。
