圓形，半圓鈕，圓鈕座，外围實心連珠紋。鏡背紋飾由四枚乳釘間隔分為四區。分別為東王公與西王母以及飛馳的安車。東王公頭戴進賢冠身體向右微傾。在其身體右側，有一位羽人揮舞披帛做歌舞狀，另一位羽人跪坐似在高歌。身體左側依次跪坐五名羽人。西王母頭戴高冠，雙手放於胸前，似乎在對身邊的玉女交代囑託事情。除此之外，畫面中還描繪了兩架安車，皆有六匹駿馬駕駛。車蓋、車窗、菱紋車簾一絲不苟。主體紋飾週邊梳篦紋及雲氣紋隔一周，雲氣紋分四組。鏡外緣素面，鏡面凸起。此鏡品相、版模一流，紋飾精細，精雕細琢，人物傳神、動物靈動，美輪美奐，为稀有难得之收藏佳品。
