提要： 拍品为清雍正高凤翰砚铭拓本，上有吴瀛墨笔题记：“高南村石波砚，仲兄赏玩，弟瀛拓寄。”
高凤翰 （1683～1749），字西园，号南村、南阜等，山东胶州人。清雍正五年（1727）举孝友端方，曾官安徽歙县知县、泰州巡盐分司。擅诗文、书法、绘画、篆刻。五十五岁时因右臂病废，书法篆刻乃以左手为之。爱砚成癖，藏砚多至千余方，为“扬州八怪”之一。
