Green Amethyst Leaf-form Carving--"A Member of the 100 Carats Club"


BrazilTo be mounted either as a unique pendant or brooch, or simply retained as a cabinet specimen, this is a large example of quartz which was heat enhanced to create a vivid green reminiscent of the color of a leaf. Simply carved to the front with a striated pattern fitting its subject matter, the reverse side was left polished with only two surfaces to reveal the high degree of clarity of the quartz. Weighing approximately 106.0 carats and measuring 52.3 x 25.9 x 13.03mm
