题识：敏庄二兄雅属，丙辰七月，魏戫。|钤印：魏戫之印、匏公|收藏印：梅轩鉴赏、书法九重天 |释文：南山逼冬转清瘦，九嶷镵天荒是非。|简介：魏戫，字铁三、铁珊，号匏公、龙藏居士。绍兴山阴人。光绪11年举人，候选知府。工书法，尤擅魏碑，兼诗词声律，精通乐、曲。梅兰芳、程砚秋、余叔岩、俞振飞等都曾向其学。善武术，尤精壁虎功。
