A glazed composition openwork amulet with serrated edge and central design of the wedjat or 'Eye of Horus' with black pigment to the pupil and brow; transversely pierced. Cf. Andrews, C. Amulets of Ancient Egypt, London, 1994, fig.46(b"). 3.46 grams, 28mm (1"). From an old English collection; acquired before 1980. Fine condition.
