款识：辛爱夫人清赏。甲申（1994年）冬日事客渝州，黄君璧。||钤印：黄君璧、君翁 |说明：上款“辛爱夫人”为王商一夫人，王商一（1905-1972），号鲁斋，广东中山人，上海南洋商学院毕业，幼嗜书法，兼习国画。抗战期间，溯三峡入蜀，服务于中央通讯社，并师从黄君璧，得二石之法。战后返粤，复与黎雄才游，艺事日进。1949年之后赴港，曾任香港美术会第二届副主任委员。1964年后移居美国，任职于密歇根大学和威斯康辛大学，在港美两地多次举办展览。
