款识：仿煮石山农法，应理堂大兄属，罗聘。||钤印：两峰道人||徐邦达题跋：此两峰道人为焦理堂所画墨梅，理堂并工六经，作家相承故自不同寻常之作，煮石山麓有灵，亦当点首许可也。世之惟以怪称两峰者，岂真知两峰也哉。观此图可证余言非妄。癸酉秋八月二日，徐邦达识于京华客次。
