玛哈嘎拉译为「大黑天」「救怙主」原来是古代印度战神，引入佛教后，很受密教的崇奉，是观音菩萨化现的大护法，本场这件拍品左展站立，头向左侧微倾，头戴骷髅冠，火焰状竖发上扬，上身饰璎珞，下身围兽皮，天神下方为单层仰莲座，莲瓣光滑饱满，铸造技艺精湛，面部表情刻画尤为突出，其愤怒像使人视之不寒而栗，将主像之法力无边展现得淋漓尽致，应为清中期汉藏造像之精品，极为难得。
