太岳区经济局商业流通券是由太岳区冀南银行担保，太岳区经济局及其所属公司、商店联合发行的一种地方货币，与冀南银行“太岳”地名券等价流通，共发行有伍圆、拾圆、伍拾圆、壹百圆四种面额的钞券。太岳区经济局商业流通券行用时间仅一年多，到1946年1月，晋冀鲁豫边区政府即开始兑换回收，最先重点回收的是壹百圆面额流通券，所以，目前所见，壹百圆券多为样票，流通票由于回收彻底消失殆尽，实物极为罕见。
