盘敞口，折沿，弧腹，圈足，细砂底呈火石红色。通体施白釉，里外绘青花纹样。折沿处绘海水纹一周，内腹绘缠枝菊花及牡丹纹。盘心绘折枝莲花一枝，周围绘四组如意头云纹，云纹内各绘一折枝菊花纹，云纹间由缠枝纹相连。官窑瓷器生产从未间断，传世品很多。其官窑青花瓷器可分前后两期：前期作品承袭明朝风格，后期作品下启清朝风格。明朝时烧造瓷器数量很多，大器型所占比例大，大罐、大缸、大觚、大瓶、大盘、绣墩等很多，小器型如盘、碗、笔杆、文具等也一应俱全。万历官窑青花小件瓷器的胎子相当精细致密，大器稍差，釉子光润肥厚，足内施亮青釉。明早期使用回青，青花颜色艳丽泛紫，中晚期使用国产青料“无名异”和“元子”等，呈蓝中泛灰的色调。
