钱学中先生（1933-），浙江杭州人，毕业于同济大学建筑系，高级建筑师。1983年起，先后任上海市建委副主任，市政府副秘书长兼办公厅主任，秘书长。1986年起，当选为中共上海市委委员，上海市副市长，上海锦江集团联营公司总裁等职。1987年，当选为中国建筑学会副理事长，并受聘任同济大学建筑系和上海交通大学土木建筑系教授。
