本瓶小口长颈，丰肩敛腹，因形似铃铛，故而得名。瓶胎质白皙无瑕，釉汁温润如玉，腹部以釉里红绘漩涡状团花四朵，胫部绘三角蝉纹，其间暗含青花弦纹一道，整器纹饰古朴瑰丽，应取材于上古青铜器。整器釉里红发色纯正鲜艳，青花弦纹若隐若现。底以青花书“大清康熙年制”六字三行楷书款，字体端正隽秀。
