此尊主要表现了观音菩萨慈悲安详的庄严法相。菩萨束柱状高发髻，头戴五叶冠饰，有着早期印度造像的造型特色。面庞方正，眉目平直，两颐饱满，鼻梁挺括，嘴角含笑，一如当众生领悟佛法本质时，菩萨露出的喜悦微笑。上身躯体劲健，胸前所佩璎珞华丽且繁复，左手举于胸前，右手结予愿印，两肩饰有乌巴拉花。下身着宽松长裙，衣褶婉转自然，跏趺坐于莲花座上。整像方正宽平的面部、健硕有力的躯体、厚重层叠的衣褶，都展现出 15 世纪前后汉地佛教造像的艺术特征。其艺术表现明显受到永宣宫廷造像影响，带有非常鲜明的明代宫廷造像特点。更兼保存完好，具有极高的艺术价值和收藏价值。
