张士莹，1933年生于广州。国家—级美术师，1949年就读于广东省立艺术专科学校美术科。 1960年四川美术学院毕业。历任昆明军区专职画家，四川省工艺美术研究所副总工程师，四川省诗书画院创作研究室主任，四川省美术家协会理事，四川省高级职称评委。现为四川省诗书画院画家。
