A group of 3 small watermedia paintings on pith or rice paper. The taller rectangular piece depicts a floral arangement. The accompanying smaller pieces show seated male and female figures in elaborate dress facing one another on a carpeted ground with simple white walled background. H: 10 3/8" (26.4cm) smaller 13 13/16" (35.1cm) larger Condition: The larger piece has torn upper corners, mild buckling of the paper & the silken mat, with a mild staining on the lower bit of mat & paper as well as an even yellowing throughout. The frame shows expected wear to the paint. A very minor buckling and discoloration is seen in the backdrop of the male figure. Several faint pinpoint spots can be discerned in the background of the female figure, with a small ding in the top of the frame.
