识文：诘旦钟声罢，隐隐禁门通。蘧车响北阙，郑履入南宫。宿霜开驰道，初日照相风。胥徒纷骆驿，驺御或西东。蹔喧耳目外，还保性灵中。方验游朝市，此说不为空。远祖水部诗，老潜焯。
提要：是幅内收何焯行书何逊《早朝车中听望诗》一首，原装旧裱一轴。
何逊( ~约518)，字仲言，梁郯(今山东郑城)人。天监中官尚书水部郎。文章与刘孝绰并称,世号“何刘”。着有《何水部集》。
