全品。狮钮形盖，小口，丰肩，长腹，圈足。器身满刻四方连续牡丹花纹，刻工极为精湛，花朵硕大，叶片肥厚，藤蔓穿插于花朵之间，纹饰密而不乱。釉色清白，釉质温润如玉，器形素雅。青白釉为景德镇主要产物，因釉色白中带青，故称青白釉，影青，映青。其形式或受北宋御窑定窑白瓷影响，之后因元代崇白，崇蓝，更为宫廷及民间重要产物之一。
