圆形，平顶圆钮，无钮座，镜背主要纹饰为仙人龟鹤吉祥纹样。镜钮左侧枝叶繁茂的神树之下一位仙人坐于岩石之上，发髻高束，身后随侍一名小童。仙人左侧有一只神龟，昂首抬腿，似是在做爬行的动作。镜钮上方有一只仙鹤隐匿在神树之下，回首顾望。仙人所坐的岩石自仙人身下，延至镜背下方，贴近镜缘。岩石右侧有海水纹样。仙人龟鹤寓意着长寿与吉祥，是中国古代吉祥纹饰中最为常用的纹饰之一。此镜寓意吉祥，纹饰细腻，光气均匀，是一面极具收藏价值的铜镜。
