八出菱花形，圆钮。钮右侧饰一宏伟华丽的殿宇，钮左上方饰郁郁葱葱、高大挺拔的松树与层峦叠嶂的山体，钮下方饰一拱形桥，桥上有多人行走，左岸边一个戴高冠帽弯腰作揖的人应该是唐明皇，桥上有持幡接引侍女，其后有玉兔捣药的纹饰，桥下河水奔流，右侧祥云缭绕，桥头站有嫦娥，旁有侍女两人持幡。铸造精细，线条流畅，极其精美。
