此面铜镜采用高浮雕的表现技法，工艺精湛，版工刻画细致，两面均有纹饰，配置少见，镜背中央饰以一尊十四臂准提佛母坐像，为佛母背图，正身隐藏于镜中，以示镜面显像，其中十四臂外伸，均手持法器，外饰一周梵文准提咒。镜面中央素面平滑光亮，外圈也饰有一周梵文准提咒，整体布局合理舒朗，设计思想独特，构图新颖。
