青花矾红彩，是釉下青花和釉上红彩相结合的一种制作工艺，广义上也属于斗彩的范畴。据目前传世和出土的资料推测，该种工艺应为宣德景德镇御窑厂创烧，以后历代各朝都有烧造。此盘广口，浅弧壁，圈足。盘心及外壁以青花矾红彩绘海水龙纹修饰，釉下青花描绘海水波涛，加以留白，更具层次；釉上矾红彩描绘出江龙，身形矫健，游跃于汹涌波涛之中，颇具动感。底落：大清道光年制，青花六字篆书款，实为难得。
