镜圆形，伏兽钮。弦纹高圈将镜背纹饰分为内外两区，内区高浮雕五只环绕镜钮，在葡萄叶蔓之间攀援嬉戏的瑞兽，铸造工艺极为精细，瑞兽的眉眼、关节、鬃毛等细部刻画的纤毫毕现，细致入微。五只瑞兽或追逐玩耍，或回首凝望，或匍匐潜行，或仰面朝天，造型生动，神态各异，瑞兽间饰以舒卷缠绕的葡萄枝蔓。外区饰一周同向环绕雀鸟纹饰，飞翔于葡萄枝蔓之间，其间点缀着葡萄叶蔓和累累的果实，外区的纹饰虽小，工艺依然精细，动物的鬃毛、尾羽、表情甚至肌肉的紧张都塑造的清晰生动，镜缘处饰一周如意云纹。镜铸造极为精致，纹饰繁缛富丽，细致生动，白光，品相完美。
