王小古（1915-1982），原名崇古，江苏灌南县人，1952年迁居临沂。先后在临沂师范、临沂艺校、临沂教育学院任美术老师。生前为中国美术家协会会员、美协山东分会常委理事、临沂县政协副主席、临沂教育学院和山东艺术学院副教授。 款识：牡丹好似为人开，调粉妍脂费主裁，雨过天晴云破处，这般颜色画将来。宋代景泰蓝瓷是按雨过天晴颜色做的，此种牡丹命名应据此也。壬戌（1982）仲春，小古绘请徐浩同志教正。 钤印：莜则小矣（朱）古也不古（白）情之所钟（白）
