直径10.5cm；高7.9cm；重614g
筒式炉身，线条简雅，毫无赘感。炉壁厚薄适中，平口微敛，气韵内涵，器壁微弧，蕴于线条的变化之美，顺延而出三云板足。腹部两侧对饰天鸡耳，双眉紧皱，高额深目，长喙内卷，鬃毛凛凛，绕颈卷曲，气势威严。平底开框，“大明宣德年制”六字三行楷书款。皮壳蟹壳青为底色，墨韵其上，铜绿氲散，古润绵长。整器包浆厚重，形体端庄雅致，线条富于张力，独具文心之美，使人见之便觉优雅，一炉沉烟，可伴诗心清华。参阅：1.《金玉青烟——杨炳祯先生珍藏明清铜炉》，国立历史博物馆出版，1996年，页193。2.《宝器扬馨——读书楼藏明清铜炉》，国立历史博物馆出版，页62。
