此把件以白玉为材。挂件雕一大一小双菱角。圆雕两枚菱角相贴，整体雕琢质感清晰，玉质白润，致密油滑，厚实饱满，以阴线及浮凸表现菱角表面之天然起伏，两头尖角向外伸卷，雕琢细腻。菱角因其外型似心形，故有心灵相通之意，意美工佳。白玉晶莹，器形灵巧，雕刻入微，工艺精湛。清代常有以菱角为题材，多用作女孩子的挂饰，寄托对佩戴者的美好祝愿。
