Antique Chinese jade carved Cong censer with a gilt bronze cloisonne insert and lid. Square shaped jade body with faceted shoulder leading to a round gallery mouth and foot base. Topped with slightly domed gilt bronze lid with details relief. Jade is a mixture in color with half being a pale-creme milky color with the other side being dark-brown grayish marble pattern. In shape of cylindrical body, with colorful floral diaper motif and characters inscriptions against turquoise blue ground.
